Oatmeal Pancakes

Sat May 09 2020 | Kick your breakfast off with some tasty pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Cup Milk (regular or non-dairy)

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar

  • 2/3 Cup All-purpose Flour

  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1/4 Teaspoons Kosher Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, microwave the 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter for 30-60 seconds (until it has completely melted).

  2. Mix in the 1 Cup Milk (regular or non-dairy) + 1 Cup Rolled Oats into the bowl and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

  3. Heat a pan at medium heat.

  4. Mix in everything else into the bowl.

  5. Scoop a pancake-amount of batter onto your skillet/frying-pan/whatever-have-you.

  6. You can take it from here
